SHOW REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The Dior Jordan Events team understands that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. This page details our cancellation and refund policy, and provides instructions on how to cancel a registration.
1) HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS:
When you are ready to reserve and book your entertainment, please use our Entertainer online booking form to submit your order/reservation. If your event is same day as booking, you must call to book your entertainment and if possible, email us or fill out the booking form once you notify us via phone. All online booking forms must give 24 hours’ notice. If you have any questions regarding the rates or details of the show, feel free to call us for further information. At this time, we will negotiate any special requests you may have, as advance notice is advisable.
It is helpful, but not necessary, to give us 24 hrs. notice for your bookings of any kind and it is mandatory for online booking. Keep in mind that during our busy months we can be booked for up to a week in advance. Regardless, we do handle last minute parties, but your selection may be limited. So, if you do make a last-minute request you must be flexible with the choices of dancers and time slots.
All out of state bookings do require advance notice of at least 48 hours. It is advisable to give us as much notice as possible in these cases however. Confirmations will be given via email once we have received your booking information online or by phone. As mentioned before, special considerations should be handled by phone with one of our event coordinators. Please note it is very important to send the correct information to avoid any booking problems that may result in a loss of your reservation.
2) HOW TO CANCEL
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. In the event you cancel within less than 72 hours of your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. Dior Jordan Entertainment may cancel your reservation if your credit or debit card is invalid, and/or we cannot reach you via phone or email.
To Cancel a registration, you must email us at hello@diorjordan.com Please provide the registration number we have provided to you when registering/booking for an event on our website, (very helpful, but not required), name, company, and the event you registered to attend.
Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, our events team will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation.
3) REFUND POLICY
Registration Fees
Cancellations more than 72 hours from the scheduled event start time will receive a refund for any registration fees collected. We’re sorry, but last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours from the scheduled event start time) or no-shows are ineligible for refunds. Please see “How to Cancel” above for specific instructions.
Events Cancellation
Dior Jordan Events team may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event for any reason. In this case, our events team will notify you via listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. Dior Jordan will refund all registration fees within 7-10 business days of an event’s cancellation.
