Any press and or public relation activity must be cleared with the Artist in writing at – least 7 days prior to the Artist arrival in the city of the performance.
NOTE: fIF THE TECHNICAL RIDER IS NOT IN ORDER THE ARTIST WILL NOT PERFORM ANAD THE FULL FEE HAS TO BE PAID AS A GREED IN THE CONTRACT. POSSIBLE LIMITATIONS INVOLVING THE PA OR THE LEVEL OF SOUNDS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO BOOKING AGENT TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
ALL travel and hospitality connected with the event is to be borne by the promoter. promoter must bear all in incidental expenses on ground transportation such as To and From the venue. The promoter will bear expenseson F&B as well as internet usage at the hotel. Any expenses on laundary, alcohol, mini bar, tobacco & long distance phone calls will be borne by the Artist.
All payments for the Artist have to be cleared prior to the show. Upon confirmation of the booking, the Artist shall be given 50% of the fee, with the balance 50% to be given a minimum of 7
